A day in the life of one of our recreational cottage goers can be pretty exciting! In fact, you will definitely need more than one day to fully experience everything that you can do at one of our resorts.
Here is a snap shot of what a day in the life of a Great Blue Resorts family looks like.
- Wake up! Eat breakfast with the family. Have you ever barbecued bacon and eggs? We guarantee you’ll love it.
- Take the kids to our resort activities where they can meet new friends and participate in lots of fun, free organized activities.
- Head out on the water in one of our many rentals including canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. Or enjoy a refreshing swim in one of our incredible swimming pools or lakes.
- BBQ lunch with the family! Cook up fresh produce purchased from one of the many local farmers’ markets in the area around the resorts.
- The local areas surrounding our resorts are filled with adventures. Explore everything from artisan shops to farm-to-table restaurants or take in a local event.
- After exploring the local areas come back to the cottage and enjoy dances, bingo or live entertainment! All of these activities are included with your ownership. On selected long weekends we also have fireworks to help celebrate those special occasions like Victoria Day long weekend.
- Finally, start up that campfire and cook some s’mores and tell some ghost stories or just relax and listen to the wood crackling.
