We rented a very clean, modern and newly built cottage with 3 bedrooms by the water at a very reasonable rate. We had access to the recreation room, swimming pool, beach volleyball court, kayaks, canoes & paddle boats throughout our stay. It was a relaxing retreat for all of us.

We had a fabulous stay at your resort from the moment we checked in until our departure. Staff was amazing, accommodating and so helpful! Everyone always had a smile on their face. We loved everything about this place. Our cottage was spacious and clean. It provided everything we needed. We travelled with our 10 month old so it was crucial it had the space. Everything was in perfect working condition. The staff were friendly and would ask if we needed anything anytime we walked by. The city is only a 9 minute drive. We had a fantastic time here.

Dylan was exceptional! He was friendly, enthusiastic and presented all info in an interesting manner also. We had the most amazing vacation. Beautiful resort with so many activities we didn’t even get to try them all. The staff is amazing. Shawn and Tara were always smiling and helpful. They made our stay so welcoming. If we lived closer we would definitely look into buying a cottage there. We are already looking forward to our next holiday with McCrearys. When I set out to find a cottage for myself and my 5 yr old daughter, I was looking for a setting that was clean, family friendly and fun. Lantern Bay exceeded all of my expectations. Our cabin had everything at our finger tips. A great park, sports area, pavilion, pools and beach. All the staff and visitors were so friendly. Many of the people we met were repeat visitors. I brought way more than I need…the cabin was equipped with everything…even some toys and activities for kids. I was so impressed. I look forward to staying at your resort again.

Just finished our stay at the Golden Beach Resort and it was amazing! We stayed in one of their brand new 3 bedroom cabins. The cabin was extremely clean, modern, spacious and so functional for our big family. The cabin was right on the water which was absolutely beautiful! There was a huge deck attached with brand new patio furniture and Muskoka chairs overlooking Rice lake. At night we had a bonfire overlooking the lake which made for a perfect end to our day. We also ate at the on-site boathouse restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly and the food was all very tasty and priced accordingly! We didn’t get to do many activities they had during the day because of weather but we still had a fun pact stay and next time we hope to take advantage of all the events and amenities they offer. All staff and guests at the resort were very friendly and I felt very safe and happy to be there. Overall I very much recommend this resort to everyone younger, older or with kids at any age. It’s great for all ages! Shout out to Amanda and the manager at the restaurant for being so accommodating!

When we checked in we were told we had to be moved to a newer unit and let’s just say we got our money’s worth and more! Three bedrooms, one with bunk beds for my kiddo, a full kitchen with all dishes and utensils and a spacious living area. The couch and chair were not comfortable at all, but I don’t suspect people staying here are staying inside. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. There was a nice little coffee station open in the morning as well for those that didn’t bring their own food and drink. It had a trailer park community feel but some of the units were very luxurious and had lots of curb appeal. The staff were very informative and welcoming. The main office had some merchandise and local sweets available for purchase. I can’t say enough about the attention they pay to children. I have already booked my second stay and can’t wait for the summer!

This was our first cottage stay in Muskoka and Bonnie Lake Resort did not disappoint. Quaint little cottages beside the lake, the location is absolutely spectacular and with nature at its pristine best dressed in resplendent fall colors, it was a treat! The cottages are fairly new constructed and well maintained, with all necessary amenities and stocked with enough games to keep the kids busy on a family vacation. It was cold so we could not go kayaking, but we are not complaining , after all how often do you get to see the Milky Way when you look up to the sky at 8 in the evening. Their welcome center is only a call away till 12 in the night should you require any assistance. The bedrooms could be more spacious, but who spends time sleeping when you are amidst nature. We will be back sometime soon!

Love it there. Will be travelling there next year as they will be putting a pool in and couple other things. My kids loved the beach use of boats and park, basketball nets, Tennis as well. Fun get away for the family BOUNS: Staff are very kind and nice. Bonnie lake always has something going on. For instance when we were visiting they had Zoo to you for the kids!! UPDATE: So we ended up buying a trailer there we liked it so much. I also forgot to add ur about 15 mins from Santa’s Village its a great Amusement park for all aged kids. They rent out cottages threw the summer as well – check out there website if you want to rent cottages!

We have only been at Bellmere a short time, but I have noticed quite a few changes this year, that need to be addressed. First and foremost, the kids programs this year; the magic show and the bingo, the fact that we are getting emails each week, so we can plan our days around activities.  Well done all!   The kids are meeting so many new friends and are free to have fun.  They get to be kids!    There is so much for the kids to do, and the girls that run them, are fabulous.    They make each child feel special, they take the time to connect with each of them individually.    

Now the golf course, holly cow; what a difference!   James, Cody and the new team have done such an amazing job! The course looks so much better and it’s being manicured and taken care of.  I am so glad the Bellemere allow’s their owners friends to golf at a discount.   I am aware this is a business, but it is greatly appreciated that Great Blue Resorts values their owners and offers us this special feature.   I have been speaking with other golfers and we are looking forward to the golf clinics.   I would like to mention the guys who check us in, Fred and everyone are so helpful. Everyone really enjoyed the grand opening of the Club house this weekend.  It was nice to meet new people who also live at the resort.  

Chris and the maintenance crew are terrific.   They doing an amazing job with keeping our resort clean!   I could not believe how fast the clean up was completed after the storm!   

This year I have found that the resort is more organized, there are numerous emails being distributed letting us know what is going on.

When we purchased at Bellmere, we never imagined how many people behind the scene’s work to make sure that everyone’s stay is pleasurable and I wanted to thank everyone for making it memorable for us!   All the Staff need to be commended on a job well done!

We visited here the past few summers, and have been very satisfied with our stay. Rice Lake is great for fishing and swimming or boating and jet-ski. Is a ton of fun and the resort is safe and kept clean and organized. The resort has been improving with a new gym and laundry room. Bring bug spray, and sunscreen, the Kawartha’s are beautiful but deadly with regards to insects.

We were very surprised at the quality and cleanliness of our cottage! We felt that we received good value for our money.  Our kids had a great time, and mentioned it was the best time of their lives! It was the first time they had slept in bunk beds. We intend to visit a different Great Blue Resort next year.
